At TallyGenie, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Our AI automates data extraction from emails and syncs it with Tally, eliminating hours of manual effort.

2. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: Your name, email address, and any other information provided during account creation or OAuth authentication.
  • Email Data: Emails accessed through the Gmail API to sync purchase orders, payment advice, RFQs, complaints, and more. This includes metadata, subject lines, and email content.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our services.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our services.
  • Understand and analyze how you use our services.
  • Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the service.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose any Google user data obtained through our application to third parties under any circumstances. Google user data is strictly used within the scope of providing the services that the user has explicitly requested. We do not share or transfer any Google user data for any commercial or business purposes beyond the scope of the service.

We implement robust data protection mechanisms to safeguard all Google user data that is collected. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

7. Use of Data for AI and Machine Learning Models

We do not use any Google user data obtained through the Workspace APIs for the development, improvement, or training of generalized AI or machine learning models. We do not use Google user data in any way to build, train, or refine AI systems or algorithms, whether within our application or for external purposes.

All Google user data collected through our application is used exclusively for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services. We do not engage in any form of data mining or model training based on Google user data.
